Return and Exchange Policy
Returns and Exchange requests will be catered in the following 2 Cases.
Case 1:
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
1a) If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be processed.
1b) To initiate the process, you must provide a picture of your Order Invoice, which can be found inside your parcel. This invoice is crucial for verification, and failure to provide it may result in your request being declined. For damaged or incorrect products, we may also require pictures of the item(s).
1c) Once we verify your complaint (within 48 hours), we will arrange a pickup from your provided address.
1d) Returned products must be in their original condition (unused, with all seals and tags intact), along with any accessories, manuals, or warranty cards. All returned items will undergo a Quality Check at our warehouse to ensure compliance with these conditions. Requests may be denied if the returned product is found to be broken, used, or in poor condition.
1e) If your request is approved, M Bilal Cosmetics will cover the delivery charges for both the pickup and the redelivery of your order.
Case 2:
Request for a Different Variant, Shade, or Type
2a) If you wish to exchange your product for a different variant, shade, or type, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
2b) A picture of your Order Invoice is required to verify your request. Failure to provide the invoice may result in your request being declined.
2c) Once verified (within 48 hours), we will arrange a pickup from your address.
2d) Returned products must be in their original condition (unused, with all seals and tags intact), along with any accessories, manuals, or warranty cards. All returned items will undergo a Quality Check at our warehouse. Requests may be declined if the product is found broken, used, or in poor condition.
2e) If your exchange request is approved, your new product will be dispatched. A delivery charge of Rs. 250 will apply to cover the cost of pickup and redelivery.
2f) If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we will issue an Internal Credit Voucher for the same amount. This voucher can be redeemed on future purchases at our store. Monetary refunds are not available.

Other Refunds
